Adela Gonzalez, CEO and co-founder of Arrive Financial Services, was inspired by her father's retirement challenges. Witnessing the gaps in his retirement security, Adela transitioned from a two-decade surgical nursing career to a certified financial professional specializing in the 403(b) and 457 markets. She's currently pursuing her Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) certification.

Together with her husband and business ally, Ariel, Adela crafts tailored financial plans, aiming to pave a brighter path for families and ensure future generations are steps ahead.

Adela is not only a financial guide but also a dedicated mother to her "A-Team" of four – Ariel Isaiah, Ayden, Ari, and Aniya. Residing in Gilbert, AZ, the Gonzalezes bond over fitness, soccer, golf, and global adventures. Adela's mission extends beyond her home, hoping her work positions the families she serves for generational success.
